- Handling End-to-end Leadership hiring

- Managing complex roles and various domains & skills

- Conversing & negotiating with senior stakeholders

- Being proactive and hands-on working as an Individual contributor.

REQUIREMENTS :

- MBA (preferably in HR)

- Well-versed with entire recruitment process

- 6+ years of experience in core recruitment specifically in leadership hiring
