Responsibilities : - Execute recruitment strategies for all open positions and innovating in sourcing channels in accordance with the need of business via careers page, job boards, vendors, employee referrals etc - Keeping a steady flow of qualified candidates for all open positions assigned - Driving recruitment analytics across the organization in different business functions - Competency &amp; talent mapping for different open roles across business functions - Developing a strong working relationship with team members, hiring managers &amp; vendors to build a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility Requirements : - You have 3 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startups - You have worked on both entry level and experienced hires - You have a proven track record of building successful well-balanced teams Salary offered: 8-9LPA
