- Experience in handling end to end process of recruitment with multiple clients
- Experience in Service Delivery Management, Candidate Management, Market Mapping, etc.
- Should have expertise in recruitment of professionals in specific domains like Non-IT - Engineering, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Pharma, Healthcare etc
- Head hunting experience would be an added advantage
- Should be well versed with social networking platforms
