Job Description :
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well versed in using Portals/Job boards.
2. Experience of hiring needs in bulk projects.
3. Adherence to TAT and CPH (recruitment matrix).
4. Stakeholder management exposure.
5. Must have knowledge on all HR Functions.
Responsibilities :
1. Experience in end to end recruitment process (from sourcing to offer/joining).
2. Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
3. Designing and updating job descriptions. Identifying the candidate's knowledge over the skill set required, ensuring availability and willingness to take up the job.
4. Prior experience of hiring needs in bulk projects.
5. Crafting and sending recruitment emails.
Salary offered: 10-20LPA
