Recruco - Specialist/Senior Specialist - F&A - Management Company Accounting Group - CA

We are looking for an accounting and finance professional for our Management Company Accounting group based in Hyderabad. This group is responsible for legal entity book-keeping, financial reporting and statutory compliance for the Indian entities.



What you'll do:

- Driving accuracy and completeness in accounting and month-end processes

- Complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements (including Direct taxes, Indirect taxes, Corporate laws & SEZ regulations)

- Working with all stakeholders to maintain robust internal controls.

- Preparing and filing necessary Forms/Documents/Returns with ROC, RBI, and other authorities

- Liaising with external advisors/consultants on all tax and regulatory requirements

- Review of account payable transaction processing

What you'll need:

- A CA qualification (with no more than 2 attempts at the CA final)

- 2 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in Management Company Accounting

- Additional professional qualifications like CS or CMA will be added advantages

- Sound technical knowledge of accounting standards, Companies Act, and direct and indirect taxes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills

- Working proficiency in MS Excel

- A drive to work with minimal supervision and the ability to work well in teams

- An eye for detail and process efficiencies along with the ability to communicate effectively and accurately
