Experience: 15-20 years of work experience in RTR, leading teams of 50+ professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end financial close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

- Manage the RTR process, including Month-End Closing, General Ledger Reconciliation, Journal Entries Preparation and Review, OneStream Reporting, and financial analysis.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of key financial tasks such as revenue recognition, accruals, provisions, reserves calculation, journal entries posting, and reporting.

- Drive operational efficiencies by implementing sustainable, technology-enabled solutions aligned with accounting and financial reporting requirements.

- Monitor compliance with SOX regulations, perform control testing, and prepare management reports on control effectiveness and compliance status.

- Ensure appropriate and timely responses to auditor queries to facilitate smooth completion of external and internal audits.

- Monitor performance and quality of financial processes using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to address deviations.

- Lead engagement planning, including risk management, financial forecasting, and ensuring adherence to engagement timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, implement solutions, and drive strategic financial outcomes.

- Establish credibility and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, auditors, and financial advisors.

- Lead initiatives for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization within financial operations.

- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance their professional growth and ensure a high-performing finance team.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) / Master's in Accounting, Business, or Finance.

- Other disciplines may be considered with relevant accounting experience.

- Experience in global finance operations and working with teams across multiple geographies.

- Strong analytical and data management skills with expertise in handling complex financial situations and resolving escalations.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial reporting tools such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, Power BI, HFM, and OneStream.

- Ability to document and optimize financial processes for improved efficiency and compliance.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, GAAP, and SOX compliance.

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to present financial insights effectively.

Location & Work Timings:

- Position is based in Pune with mandatory in-office attendance three days a week.

- Flexibility to work in various shifts as per business requirements.
