RTR Lead - Finance Operations - BFSI&nbsp; A varied role for a finance professional with strong knowledge of end to end F&amp;A operations. It involves leading the Accounting, Intercompany, and Consolidations delivery team and ensuring communication and coordination within and across teams LOCATION: Bangalore YOUR EMPLOYER: A leading, global firm providing creative and strategic analytics, IT and consulting solutions for the entire enterprise value chain. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leading the Accounting group's interaction with global teams (U.S., Europe, Hong Kong, etc.) to ensure effective delivery of reports - Facilitating interactions between team members and business to promote cross-functional ways of working and promote seamless handoffs - Managing a high performance team and oversee the execution of day-to-day operations of the General Accounting, Intercompany, Fixed Assets and Consolidations teams - Handling reporting activities across all in-scope regions, and oversee General ledger/Financial statement REQUIREMENTS: - A Chartered accountant/CPA with minimum10+ years of Accounting and Reporting experience is preferable or a bachelors degree with strong 12+years R2R domain experience. - Hands on experience in Team handling and F&amp;A operations - Strong knowledge of IFRS standard and U.S. / Local GAAP - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Knowledge of general ledger and intercompany concepts and applications WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: - An opportunity to lead and manage a team of 50+ members - Fast track career growth.
