About the start-up :
The start-up is about filling an existing gap in the huge healthcare industry. Specifically, it is solving the problem of getting trusted recommendations for a procedure/doctor/hospital from one's first and second degree contacts. It is currently at an ideation stage and needs a tech co-founder for pilot.
About the founder:
The founder is an IIT Guwahati and ISB alumnus. He has an extensive experience in healthcare sector and has good connections in all major hospitals, which will be the clients in pilot phase. He also has good network and connections in investor circles which will help secure the investment easily post the pilot phase.
About the role :
The role is an equity only role. However, if you don't want to commit fully at this stage, we can explore an option of part time engagement till pilot phase or securing investments, post which you can jump full time into this.
In pilot phase, you would work on developing the MVP -
- Brainstorming and refining features to be included in the MVP based on technical feasibility
- Creating wireframes
- Developing the software
Post pilot phase, you would work to refine the MVP based on the feedback received in the pilot phase and add modules to be launched post pilot phase.
You would be a good fit if :
- You are an awesome software developer and have extensive experience in developing the same
- You are a graduate from IIT/NIT
- You want to be a co-founder in a promising start-up
