Your Role :
- Create and manage processes & SOPs for pre-sales and customer onboarding
- Understanding the pulse of the customer
- Reporting to leadership on various OKRs and KPIs
A Day in the Life:
- Understand how best can Recko solve a customers financial operations problem (solutioning)
- Manage processes and Playbooks
- Instrument process efficiency measurements and reporting.
- Improve the maturity and efficiency of processes and plays.
- Setup and maintain governance meetings.
- Setup governance assets for a customer.
- Run internal and external review meetings.
- Run, manage, and steer SMEs for preparedness of go-live.
- Manage end-to-end transition to Customer Success.
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans across multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure Risk Management/ scope management for the implementation.
- Maintain best practices for implementation of the tool.
- Project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
What You Need :
- 5+ years of experience managing customers and solutioning products
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in expectation management during projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Good Presentation and communication skills.
- Good Documentation Skills, experience in project management tools preferred.
