Sr Manager Innovations:-

Innovation Lead, E-Commerce will be responsible to identify key business opportunities which can complement overall brand portfolio of Hygiene Home business & add incremental revenue streams for the business

- Build a 5-year road map for new innovations by assessing the current gaps & future potential of the Indian eco system.

- Develop end to end Go to Market Strategies for launching new products online

- Analyze key market trends and convert them into scalable business opportunities by Identifying products within RB's global portfolio which are not launched in India or create concepts for New Innovations

- Liase with Global eBU Team to create a supply chain capability for identified opportunities + 5-year plans for such products with business volumes & P/L

- Align all key stakeholders on New Product Innovations along with Marketing strategies to promote on E Com with detailed P/L

- Evaluate the potential & opportunities online by having regular conversations with online customers & understanding the trends/need

- Setup Transfer pricing for imported products with global supply team & draft P/L basis TP & Indian cost structure to launch on E Com

- Liaise with Global/Indian counterparts to adhere to transfer protocols & ensure all legal/regulatory clearances are in place before we launch in India

- Product Registration/Stickering along with repackaging requirements to be adhered & aligned with Supply for storage buildup in embellishment centre

- Timelines for each activity to be clearly identified & agreed with relevant stakeholders & risk assessment in case of a flat launch thereby a contingency plan

- SKU Code Creation & Forecast projection for production planning + Supply chain network for distribution of stocks across e com portals

- Product listing/A+ Content creation & JBP closures with E com players

- Digital/In platform marketing & promotional plans & rigorous tracking of Media metrics

- Evaluate partnerships with OEMs to create a win - win solution for both

Key Qualifications:

- Candidate should have an experience of 6-8 years

- Close to 4 years of experience in Brand Building/Category Management

- Exposure to FMCG will be preferred
