Job Title : Sr. HR Business Partner - Global IS Reports To : HR Director - IT &amp; Finance Location : Hyderabad, India 2010-2012 - Premier B schools only 6-8 years exp Role Purpose : The Senior HRBP role oversees the HR provision for all global teams based in the Hyderabad office. The role is accountable for the end to end people processes to assure the effective running of the operation. Whilst ensuring that fantastic basics are in place, the role is also responsible for driving project activity to increase the capability of the team, drive motivation and coach leaders to ensure that they bring the best out of their people. Scope of Responsibilities : 1. Project management : - Lead organisational projects, such as recruitment campaigns; capability builds; graduate onboarding and organisational change (restructuring or redundancy) - Support leaders to manage the delivery of organisational changes within their teams, supporting them to make decisions about the definition of operating models, roles and accountabilities, and drive changes through their teams through effective change management. - Develop recommendations for team effectiveness improvements, drive the engagement plan for the site, reviewing site culture survey responses and ensuring appropriate action is taken. - Lead cross IT project initiatives which support the broader IT strategy, this might include reviewing global approaches to talent and capability development. - Manage the resourcing for the office site, to include managing the relationship with appropriate agencies, developing attractive offers and ensuring the onboarding experience offers a fantastic candidate experience. - Support the business to manage legal risk, advising on handling of key employee relations matters such as performance management, grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals. - Lead local learning and development activities to support the broader capability agenda. - Ensure administrative activities to support benefits provision. 2. Relationship Management : - Building strong relationships with the IT leadership team to partner with them in development of their organisational strategy, and support and enable them to play a strong role in leading their functions. - Develop close working relationships with the in country HR team, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and using in country expertise to support decision making (for example, compensation and benefits). - Manage relationship with recruitment agencies and vendors, and ensure that appropriate actions are in place to support and drive performance. 3. Financial &amp; budget management : - Support the development of the resource plan for the functions; drive progress towards the agreed plan; through resourcing actions or organisational change. - Assure the people data for the function held on myRB (Success Factors), ensuring that data integrity is in place for the team, to enable payroll accuracy. 4. People Management &amp; Development : - Direct line management responsibility for 1 HR administrators for the site - supporting the overall objectives of the HR Business Partner to deliver resourcing and onboarding requirements for the team, provide line management advice and coaching for Facilities Lead onsite. - Work with the team to develop them into high performing individuals and support and coach them to develop their careers. - Conduct regular appraisals, using the MyRB system and agree Performance Development 5. Plans (PDPs) : - Lead by example with enthusiasm to encourage motivation - Delegate tasks to the benefit of individuals and the team - Monitor the quality of the work of direct reports - Support the recruitment of appropriate resources with required skills - Manage staff, including coaching and guidance - Manage staff in accordance with all HR Policies and procedures Accountabilities : - Build strong HR business partnering relationship with the IT function - Ensure that the core people processes are delivered on site in a timely way, taking into account people and candidate experience - Deliver programmes of change to improve the people experience and performance of the function Skills/Experiences : Essential : - Substantial experience in an HR Business Partnering environment - Experience of delivering multiple projects and managing multiple priorities. - Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. - Fluent in English and Polish. - Listen to, and influence senior stakeholders. - Commercial thinking, ability to understand business objectives and identify the requirements for the people agenda. - Ability to work with full autonomy, managing a team and reporting to a UK based role. - Drive improvements to ways of working and breakdown silos. - Demonstrates a high level of motivation, flexibility, drive and personal commitment - Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships - Effective time management and organisational skills - Able to prioritise work and balance competing demands - Able to think strategically, creatively and to see the bigger picture - Able to deal with conflict and mediate - Able to deal with ambiguity and cope with change - Able to inspire and motivate teams. Desirable : - Experience of working within FMCG, Personal Hygiene and Healthcare sector. - Experience of partnering an IT or Digital function.
