SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To establish and monitor Quality Systems and the quality objectives through monthly KPI tracking. 2. To function as the Management Representative at the Site as per the requirements of local FDA (drug & Cosmetics), ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDD 93/42/EEE and MHRA standards. 3. To ensure that the SAP systems are properly followed at all levels to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. 4. To ensure promotion of awareness of Regulatory and Customer requirements in the site. 5. To manage the distribution of Quality documents to various departments as per QMS procedures. 6. To monitor External / Internal Quality Audits and monitor subsequent Corrective and preventive Actions and its effectiveness. 7. To conduct Management Review meetings and monitor all the QMS requirements in the site 8. To monitor Laboratory functions and ensure inspections as per the documented Quality plan and timely release of materials. 9. To review Quality Reports from the site and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions and its effectiveness 10. To prepare and monitor procedures as per the requirements of the standards. 11. To monitor Customer Complaints and investigations are made and corrective and preventive actions are taken and are effective. 12. To monitor Supplier and lab audits as per the requirements. 13. To undertake development projects when assigned. 14. To ensure that the requirements of MDD (93/42/EEC), ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, MHRA, OHSAS 18001 and other international standards are followed through relevant SOPs in the Quality Management System. 15. To accept and perform any other assignments the Management may give from time to time. 16. This job description is subject to change by the management to suit changing requirements from time to time. This does not restrict management's right to change assignment under its job rotation policy to suit company's requirements and/or individuals growth opportunities. SPECIFIC AUTHORITIES: 1. To authorize the quality reports from the site and authorize corrective and preventive actions taken in the process. 2. To authorize the change controls (temporary and permanent) and track them for the completion. 3. To review and authorize the finished goods release and ensure finished goods are tested on time, exactly as per the respective standards and regulatory requirements. 4. To approve the changes in the system through the trackwise network. 5. To approve all the validation documents on all new machineries, processes and equipment in the organization.
