ROLE PROFILE :   Job Title: Key Accounts Manager - ECommerce   Reports to: Head of eCommerce  Location: Gurgaon - India   SUMMARY :    Person will be responsible for the delivering superior sales fundamentals in select E-commerce customers with national/international footprint and delivering NR, Trade spend and GM objectives of RB. He/She will also be responsible for online 5P execution, compliance, implementation of RB Global/local success model in online activations.  He/She will be assisted in his role through shared commercial and logistic resources. Is expected to play a leading role in directing the operations team on plans agreed with the customer he/she handles.   COPE / DIMENSIONS OF ROLE :    The person will report to the Head of eCommerce . He/she will be the point of contact with the category team of the account and will be responsible for driving strategies and building tactics. Internally he/she will liaise with the internal stakeholders in marketing, trade marketing, finance and supply.   Other aspects :  - Sales Planning  - Joint Business plans with Key eCom customers  - ToT management  - New Account Development  - Seller Management   RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :    - Accountable for delivering Revenue, Market Share, Gross Margin and Trade investment goals of RB within the E-commerce customers.  NPD Listing  - Deliver profit story to ensure new products/initiatives of the company are packaged and aligned to the customer plans. (Making presentations to the customers on the listing of NPDs, negotiating for closure of agreement on activations and ensuring availability on the site on regular basis)  - Responsible for generating POs for NPDs  5P Execution  - Negotiate the annual trading terms with the customer in line with overall strategy and objectives in sync with the NKAM  - Presence  - Responsible for reviewing the assortment at customer level   - Placement  - Responsible for negotiating features and placement assets with customers and continuously track and review the execution of the same.  - Sell category development story to customers  - Promotion  - Responsible for negotiations on visibility with customers by selling them the story on promotion  - Plan and evaluate customer specific promotion  - Build quarterly promotional plans with the customer and cascade down the plan through the operations team.   - Responsible for listing of promotion with the customers  - Works with Operations team at the regions such as Regional Managers, RKAM, ASMs to ensure the 4 P execution on the ground is in line with agreements at corporate   Commercial  - Responsible for timely processing of claims from customer and follow up on receivables from customers  - Involved in negotiation of vendor agreement  Business Development  - Conducts business review with customers, collects data from customer and analyze it and share it internally with the team for necessary actions.   - Compliance monitoring   KEY CHALLENGES :    The key challenges are  1) Manage account planning and execution - being the link across multiple touch points internally and externally.   2) Influencing stake holders like trade marketing and brand teams and dedicated resources without having any formal reporting structure.  3) Solve problems quickly and effectively and persuading stakeholders to deliver against agreed KPI's..   PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :    - Problem solving skills  - Planning and organizing  - Good analytical ability  - Communication skills  - Good influencing ability  - Teamwork  - Financial awareness and Negotiation skills  - Attributes like- persuasiveness, challenging, assertive, flexible and confident.
