For more information please visit www.rb.com Summary: The Brand Manager will own and optimize the traffic strategy across all of the RB brands and with all of our partners. You will create 360 degree customer journeys, starting from our online media strategy through to our in platform visibility with partner retailers. It is the responsibility of the E-Commerce Manager to lead as many Unique Visitors into our e-commerce channels as possible. Key Responsibilities : - Create a brand strategy for all brands: where is the traffic coming from- Where are we leading our traffic- Which channel can I use to get the highest ROI. - Work closely with the media team to align our big social media and Google PPC campaigns to your traffic strategy and peak seasonality. - Work closely with our e-commerce partners to create 360 degree customer journeys for all brands. - Establish and optimize RB visibility at each stage of the customer journey with our e-commerce partners.- Responsible for in platform media budget - Analyze and improve on execution, constant focus on performance media. - Strive for constant traffic efficiency through out of the box thinking - Manage the brand P&amp;L on the e-Commerce channel Key KPIs : - Unique Visitors to RB brands - Cost per Unique Visitor - Click through rate - ROI / ROAS on media - Conversion rate - NR growth Key Challenges of the role :&nbsp; - Aligning the brand strategy with the media team to optimize the ATL campaigns and goals. - Working closely together with the KAMs and the brand teams to optimize the messaging of the in platform media (branding vs conversion driven). - Balancing RB desired media versus e-commerce partner's desired media. Which channels give the highest ROI and are the most effective- Skills : Must haves&nbsp;: - Strong knowledge of all digital media channels. Experience managing and executing digital media campaigns. - Strong understanding of in platform media and how to optimize. Know what is possible and what works. Experience working with Amazon media (AMS/AMG) preferred. - Brand marketing exposure preferred - Excellent analytical skills, experience with performance media mindset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse with brand and sales teams as well as account executives and clients/agencies.
