Skill sets needed :&nbsp; - Person should have experience to handle the team of 10-12 person - Communication with various departments and operations is an essential part of the job. - Strong accounting skills. - Risk assessment and analysis skills. - Strong communication skills. - Excellent presentation skills - Working experience in SAP will be an added advantage. - Working experience in Retail industry will be preferable. - Understanding of IND- AS. Job description needed :&nbsp; - Monitoring the monthly closing procedure. - Review of monthly management financial statement. - Preparing a monthly balance sheet with detailed schedules. - Coordination with other departments and analyses the monthly cost to ensure the correct recording of expenses. - Co-coordinating with the auditor and completing the statutory audit and internal audit. - Implementation of IND-AS. - Monitoring and updating the financial controls to comply ICFR requirements. - Setting up a policy for pay to procure and fixed assets.
