About the role :

- As Head Finance for India BU, you act as a Strategic Advisor and Business Partner to develop financial strategies, long term plans, provide strategic insights about the business, align functional goals and ensure seamless finance and decision support to the business unit

- You will be required to provide decision support to senior leadership on key financial decisions as well as strategic organizational and functional developments

- Provide thought leadership and guidance over core processes, building efficiencies and streamlining deliverables, developing and championing change processes and systems

- You would be involved in strategising all the end to end financial activities like understanding the overall business model, financial controls, legal, tax implications & compliances

- Being a growing organisation, we are extremely tech oriented and believe in maximum automation. Hence your role would also involve adoption and implementation of all the BU related financial processes on the system (SAP).

We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical and collaborative role.

Following is the background we are looking for :-

- You should have around 10-15 years of relevant experience. A leadership stint in managing small to medium sized teams is a must.

- CA by qualification is a must.

- Experience in working with complex organizations and involvement in strategic planning, controls & compliances

- Being an active participant in overseeing business partnering function and provide data based objective insights to enable decision making

- You will need to have strong stakeholder management skills to forge and maintain relationships

- As a growing organization we are into a stage where we are adopting automation, hence experience in system automation would be preferred.
