Head, Customer Experience- Offline, Rebel Foods

- The broad objective is to build a deeper and more personalised relationship with customers to engage with brands

- Should be custodian of All marquee online brand to come alive in customer facing experience

- Being the online only brands, the desired outcome to connect both worlds seamlessly with power of technology

- Scope of this role would will be all customer touchpoints from Corporate Cafeteria / Airport and high street restaurant and any other captive locations

- P&L responsibility to conceptualise/design/execute and run these experience store in coordination with operations team

- Will be the architect of experiential retail strategy of all Rebel Foods Brands

- This is fairly senior role which will have team under him/her to manage this complex task as his hand and will be provided support from cross functional teams

Candidate should possess : 

- Experience in conceptualising a customer facing retail business from end to end not necessarily in food

- Deep understanding of consumer behaviour

- Experience in customer service industry with direct touch point experience

- Should have very strong problem solving, problem structuring skills and quantitative abilities

- Strong communication, analytical, collaboration/ team-player and inter-personal skills

- Heavy stakeholder management experience. This role requires a lot of cross-functional working and engagement with senior leaders

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
