About the role :-
Marketing as a field has evolved over the last few years. In addition to the traditional market research and consumer testings, decision making is layered with sharp data led insights. Communication has evolved from painting hoardings and playing TV and Radio advertisements meant for everyone to sharp, targeted, segmented communications. All of this is enabled by cutting-edge technology
This role is unique. It is a techno-marketing role, which requires expertise in analytics (knowledge of SQL is required, working knowledge of Python/SAS other scripting languages and statistical tools is an advantage) and knowledge of marketing and marketing automation tools.
The person in this role will liaise closely with the analytics teams to build and operate models for App/Web storefront automation, enabling marketing solutions and building models to increase up/cross sales, increase app interaction and induce repeat purchase, enhancing retention of customers.
The person should also employ growth hacks to acquire new customers across physical and digital channels and building journeys to ensure that customers have a smooth transition into our ecosystem.
We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical and collaborative role. Following is the background we are looking for :-
You must have 2 years of experience in the analytical space with a good eye for numbers and an understanding of marketing basics.
