About the role&nbsp;: We are looking for someone who has a flair for numbers and can spot trends easily from heaps of ambiguous data. You will excel in this role If large excel files is your definition of leisure reading and you're a natural leader, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in this Mission Critical Role. You will be the backbone of operations and work closely with the Head of Operations. Your Key Responsibilities&nbsp;: - Generate data based insights that help to improve customer experience and improve products. - Establish routine tracking of KPIs for continuous operational and customer satisfaction improvements whilst working with relevant teams. - Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly operational reports for operations team and leadership. - Setup, Automate, maintain and own dashboards and reports for operational metrics and revenue for kitchens. - Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, root causes and possible solutions to improve business processes and reporting across the organization. - Suggest incentive schemes for Delivery executives - Serve as an advisor to Operations and Customer - Experience teams on probable areas of improvement basis data insights - Work with Technology teams to create a forecasting model to accurately predict Orders, Food consumption. - Sourcing data from various sources and lesioning with various teams like technology, marketing, finance and Operations. - Help in Operations Planning in setting monthly/Quarterly targets, analyze historic sales trends and work on opportunities for increasing Revenue. Preferred Qualifications : - You must have 6 months to 2 years of experience in the analytical space with a good eye for numbers. - Academic degree, preferable in a quantitative field like - mathematics, economics, statistics etc. - Advanced SQL and Excel skills are mandatory. - Experience with Python, R or similar is a plus - Very strong analytical, reporting and visualizing skills - Proven experience in working with large, multiforce, data sets and usage of analytics to drive business and product decisions. - The skill to explain complicated analysis in simple way to all stakeholders - Ability to work in an agile, flexible and fast paced environment.
