Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, based in Gurugram.

- The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on Meta ads and performance marketing tailored for the real estate sector.

- Responsibilities include managing social media marketing, developing and executing high-ROI lead generation strategies, analyzing web performance, and optimizing digital campaigns to align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the real estate sector (mandatory).

- Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and performance-driven marketing.

- Proficiency in social media marketing, web analytics tools, and campaign performance tracking.

- Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- Google Analytics or equivalent certification is a plus.
