Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients for financial products or services (B2C or B2B, depending on business model).
- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Leverage existing customer base and references to drive cross-selling and upselling.
- Track and report sales pipeline activity via CRM tools and ensure target achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, underwriting, or product to ensure customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in direct sales, relationship management, or business development.
- Preferred industry background: banking, insurance, loans, wealth management, or similar financial services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
