Responsibilities - - Support in designing HR programs and in their implementation. - Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit. - Manages entire employee life cycle from on-boarding till the exit, focusing on Engagement, Talent development and retention. - Support the Business Head to design succession plans, role rotation plans and provide career development options for key talent and critical positions. - Identify and prepare development plans for the key employees including Hi-Pots. - Undertaking HR projects to implement new initiatives. - Promote HR initiatives to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace - Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies - Undertake tasks around performance management - Provide support to employees in various HR-related responsibilities - Recruitment will be 20% of the job responsibilities. Requirements - Proven experience as an HR Generalist - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Good knowledge of employment/labour laws - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office. - Excellent communication and people skills - Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach - Additional HR training will be a plus Skills &amp; Attributes: - Must have managed employee relations and grievance handling. - Effective communication, strong Time Management and ability to prioritize assigned tasks. - Must be a strong team player with good negotiation skills and conflict management. - Should have the ability to mentor and guide others and lead a team. - Must be proficient in MS Excel and PPT.
