Job Description : Lead - Talent Acquisition

Gaining an understanding of an organisation's plans and priorities to create and implement talent strategies is crucial. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead will play an integral role in the company's growth to strategize and execute key recruitment initiatives. It is a strategic yet hands on role for leading talent acquisition to manage the complete candidate hiring cycle for roles across functions and designations.

The TA lead would be working in an agile and dynamic environment and will be taking ownership of seamless implementation of the talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Understand the key business priorities and to complete the requisite hiring in the required timelines

- Strong stakeholder management to understand the workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the hiring teams to feed into recruitment timelines

- Streamlining the candidate pipeline from sourcing to on-boarding with strengths in problem solving, coordination and negotiation

- Develop and strengthen strong relationships with leading campuses within India

- Optimise in-house and external sourcing channels to maximise recruitment ROI ensuring quality hiring

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members, staffing vendors, professional organisations, and reputable independent consultants

- Foster creative external and in-house sourcing strategies to fulfil ongoing business requirements

- Conceptualize brand strategy to position RTDS as an employer of choice for campus and lateral hiring

- Mentoring and developing a team of technical and non-technical recruiters to help fulfil the business requirements efficiently

- Partner with the HR and leadership team in order to further employee retention and development

- Extensive hands on exposure to strategize hiring through external portals such as Naukri, IIMJobs, Linkedin amongst others

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Diverse Industry experience spanning at least 8 years with demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition

- Master's degree in human resources from a top Institute

- A self-motivated, leader with strong leaning towards upskilling the team

- A hands-on innovator with firm people and talent development strategy

- Approachable and amiable individual who can form strong and long-lasting relationships
