Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute plans that drive conversions through Organic & Referral channels
- Analyse the marketing output in terms of Revenue, Leads, Platforms, Channels, etc and offer insights for improvements
- Plan and Execute Email Marketing campaigns by sourcing database, setting up lead nurturing flow, and optimizing through results
- Ideate concepts for webinars and strategize, market, and conduct the webinar events, and optimize the outcome
- Identify and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure and monitor the channel as well as the team's performance
- Manage day-to-day SEO Operations, keyword analysis, and gather competitor intelligence
- Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with Marketing objectives
- Strategize and build useful backlinks, remove ineffective ones, and promote guest posts
- Optimize website content, landing pages, Meta titles, Descriptions, and CTAs to improve page performance
- Strategize and execute Social Media promotions to increase brand awareness & leads
- Provide regular reporting and communications to the top management
- Create and Monitor Analytics dashboards & reports to evaluate the performance of the various activities
- Collaborate with content, design, web development, and other supporting functions of marketing .
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Digital Marketing fields
- Passion for B2B Marketing especially Digital Methods.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with more than consistent Academic performance (10th & 12th > 80%, Graduation > 70%, MBA from Tier 1 institutes)
- Familiarity with relevant tools e.g. Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics etc is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data driven approach
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
