Real Estate Valuation Role - Financial/Consulting Firm

- Assisting clients with valuation of different asset classes (real estate across different property classes / equity investment / debt investment / loans) for transaction or financial reporting purposes; real estate strategic advisory or portfolio optimization; large-scale

- Driving projects end to end - defining the scope of work, setting timelines, resource allocation, story-boarding as well as managing a team of people (ranging from 10-100)

- Extensive stakeholder engagement (both external and internal) and client development experience coupled with a zeal to drive business - building new markets and generating demand through continuous dialogue with stakeholders
