However one must have had worked in law firms in the past. Candidate should have hands on experience in: 1. Property law 2. Real estate transactions 3. Negotiations 4. Litigation support Other skills 1. Excellent communication skills. Should have the language fluency of Bangalore region. 2. Good networking with peers, clients 3. Ability to deal with clients and potential clients independently 4. Managing and oversight of a team of young lawyers, training and working with them 5.
