Job Responsibility : - Drafting lease deeds and leave and license agreements. - Preparing title reports on behalf of Bank in relation to the property being mortgaged and on behalf of the company for selling of their properties. - Drafting / vetting / perusing / modifying various property documents such as Agreement of Sale, Conveyance Deed, Development Agreement, Leave &amp; License, Lease Deed, Letter of Intent, Memorandum Of Understanding, Power of Attorney, Memorandum of Entry and Declaration Cum Confirmations, Indenture of Mortgage. Candidate Requirements :&nbsp; - Candidate should come with 4-7 years of relevant experience - Candidates coming from National Law University would be preferred - Ideally looking at candidates from Mumbai ONLY This is an urgent role.
