Real Estate Analyst - Private Equity/Venture Capital/Investment Banking/AIF (5-10 yrs)
Job Description/Responsibilities :
- Proficiency in Investment Analysis, Market Review & Cash flow Analysis in screening the investment opportunities
- Interface for various internal/external stakeholders for legal, technical, finance, statutory diligences, valuation etc
- Day - to - Day operational management of existing investment through oversight on Project progress, Cashflow Budgets, escrow movements, sales price monitoring etc
- Devising and executing the strategy for exiting the investment
- Sourcing and identifying potential real estate opportunities across asset class and enhance current relationships
- Structuring, Negotiating and documentation of potential investments
Experience required :
- Master's in Business Administration or postgraduate in finance or accounting (Chartered Accountant).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in areas such as real estate investment, capital transaction, investment banking, management consulting
- Project management and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Candidate preferably from Investment Banking, Private Equity or Venture Capital, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
