Rekindle Club is a social/dating app dedicated to providing a platform for divorced, widowed, and separated individuals to connect, form meaningful relationships, and find companionship. We operate in the consumer space, catering to a specific niche audience. Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) or Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the product and technology functions of Rekindle Club. This is a leadership position that requires a hands-on approach, where you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product and technology roadmap. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the company and achieving our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

1.Product Strategy and Leadership:

- Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's overall goals and target audience.

- Lead the product management function, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and continuous improvement.

- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

2.Technology Strategy and Execution:

- Define the technology strategy and architecture that supports scalability, security, and performance of the Rekindle Club platform.

- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of the app, ensuring its stability, quality, and timely delivery of features.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CMO and other stakeholders to align product and technology initiatives with business objectives.

- Work with the marketing team to understand user behavior, analyze data, and optimize the product to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Partner with the design team to create intuitive and user-centric experiences that meet the needs of our target audience.

4.Leadership and Hands-on Execution:

- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the product and technology teams, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and learning.

- Roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to product development and technology implementation, leading by example.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior product or technology leadership role, preferably in the consumer space or within the dating/social networking industry.

- Strong technical background with expertise in web and mobile app development, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics.

- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving the successful delivery of complex projects.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to execute and drive results.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
