- Capture and translate user and stakeholder needs into deliverables, operating with a commercial mind-set

- Develop and communicate product visions and strategies, and manage the product backlog and roadmap for your advertising products

- Develop product roadmap to grow monetization through prioritizing coverage of ad formats, media types, channels, and tactics

- Work with cross-functional teams - engineering, data science, business development, and account management to create business requirements, develop technical designs, and develop new products to go to market

- Capture and integrate sales and user product teams feedback into the monetization product roadmap

- Define, launch and manage the products key performance indicators

- Develop a consistent, optimised advertising offering across the range of RDandX Networks websites, own the DMP/SSP/DSP product, including audience segmentation for advertising and personalisation

- Use data (engagement and revenue) to analyse the performance of your products and identify improvements

- Manage integrations between RDandX Networks products and other marketing, sales, production and finance systems

- Be responsible for recording, prioritising and solving any adtech issues either directly or through Tech Team colleagues across the business and via external agencies

- Create training materials and deliver training to users

- Work closely with the sales and marketing senior leadership team, providing recommendations on how to maximise current and potential revenue through developments in our adtech setup

Should have:

1. Generalist AdTech/Martech PM with familiarity of evolving product knowledge

2. Must have experience working as a PM in Martech/AdTech (3-5+ years), building ad products on both web and native app platforms

3. Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem platforms, ad formats, business models, alongside proven credentials in building commercially successful, innovative digital advertising products

4. Experience using ad platforms and building ad products from scratch

5. Product management skillset: Managing and prioritising a roadmap and backlog, prioritisation between competing items, working with teams to deliver projects

6. Must have a strong commercial outlook, and knowledge of monetisation strategies for content

7. Ability to create convincing business cases to help visualize business benefits

8. Familiarity with various Ad Tech products with a focus on Demand Side Platforms, SSPs, Publisher and Advertiser Ad Servers.
