Responsibilities: Due Diligence: - Conducting Financial due diligence for all the investments of RDandX Network. - Creating financial risk reports as part of the financial due diligence and creating and streamlining financial systems and processes for each of the startup's. Accounting &amp; Finance: - Responsible for managing the entire accounting system of the company and its subsidiaries. - Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets - Help clients streamline their overall data packet, including but not limited to their MIS, historical financials, other company related information. Legal &amp; Compliance: - Safeguard the interest of the organization &amp; provide legal assistance to functional / department head and leadership in developing the agreement, communications and policies. - Legal Document Repository - Manage and oversee the Company's commercial contracting purposes, including contract forms and legal contracts, documents, MOU, agreements, drafts repository. - Work on deal closure documents including term sheets, SSA, SHA and other legal documents - Being updated and ensuring all compliance's are done in timely manner. Requirements: Looking for a sharp candidate who is a Qualified CA+ LLB/CS.
