R&D Specialist - Dairy/FMCG (5-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities -
- Experience and knowledge on New Product Development process mainly dairy products.
- Responsible for making improvements to the existing products.
- Sound knowledge in Food Chemistry, Formulations, Processing Technology and Product Application.
- Knowledge on Food safety aspects and Process controls.
- Awareness on legal aspects related to labelling and additives.
- Responsible for recipe troubleshooting at plant.
Functional Requirements Key Skills:
- 5 years of experience in R&D activities in FMCG/Dairy industry
- Hands on experience on MS Office.
Education - PG (M.Sc./M. Tech - Dairy Science) from NDRI/Premium Institute
