R& D Manager - Fmcg Foods - Mumbai

Scope of role

- Develop the new products and revenue of the company with an objective to meet the needs of customers as per the schedule within the Group’s policies, regulatory bodies and budget.

KRA

- Product Development

- Knowledge Development

- Vendor Management

- Company Policy & Compliances like Statutory Food compliance

- Engineer or B.sc/ M.Sc (Tech) in Food minimum 10 years experience from Food products - normal categories such as snacks, cereals, functional foods, nutraceuticals, generic food products, etc

- Knowledge of HACCP

- Working knowledge of MS office

- SAP proficiency
