R&D Manager - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
Position : Manager R&D
Location : Bhandgoan (Pune)
Experience : 8-12 years relevant experience in New Product Development, Ingredients research, Scale up, Development of RM and FG specs, Stability study. Ph D candidate with 8 and B Tech candidate with 12 years’ experience.
- Relevant areas of R&D experience (at least 2 of the following areas) would be preferable.
- Knowledge on Frozen Formed RTE patty type products; Bread crumbs and coating system for such products, preferably bakeable coatings. Wheat flour and dough science.
- Experience on emulsion based sauces like Mayonnaise especially low fat Mayonnaise and Preservative based, hot filled and frozen sauces/gravies/chutneys.
- Experience on Retort processing of RTE meals and other food products like noodles, pasta and curries in retort pouch
