R&D Lead - Home Care & Personal Care (12-24 yrs)
1. Responsible for leading and managing teams of Scientists focusing on the needs of stake holders and consumers in the areas of Home Care and Skin Care (both Domestic and International Businesses).
2. Delivers OTIF the agreed charter of NPD's, Process improvements, Product modifications efficiently.
3. Build relationships and networks to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of the R&D team within the organisation (mainly business, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, etc) and with academia.
4. Responsible for researching and developing new projects that translate to valuable consumer propositions to win in the market place. Supports business in the areas of Legal, ASCI, Regulatory and Quality by providing technical counsel.
5. Responsible to build a talented team of scientists through recruitment, coaching and mentoring linked to Company's strategies.
