Position Responsibilities : Sr. Key Responsibilities : 1. Work closely on all aspects of HR priorities ranging from driving organization culture, processes, policies, talent engagement. 2. Work on HR policies and frameworks as required 3. Undertake Policy amendments, documentation, implementation of policies and processes 4. Work closely with the corporate HR team on Goal setting process for all functions, Mid-year review and annual appraisal. 5. Work with data as required for the process development 6. Actively work on ideation, planning, designing and deployment of Employee related new initiatives 7. Draw from and leverage industry best practices to enhance the process and policies of the organization. 8. Work on different HR Audits (Internal and External both) 9. Experience with Great Place to work certification audit will be an added advantage. B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement Qualifications : Highest Qualification Preferably MBA/Masters in HR, Graduation is a must, specialization in HR will be an advantage Experience : Total years of experience 4 to 5 Years of experience into HR Generalist profile C. Competency Requirements : a. Technical Skills Skill Attribute : System MS Word, Excel, Power Point b. Need a candidate who has : Sr. No Attributes 1. Ability to communicate and connect with top leaders and various stakeholders. 2. Take ownership, proactive, maturity to handle multiple critical tasks. 3.
