RBL FinServe - Head - Central Operations JLG

A. Position Purpose

The role purpose is to manage the central operations team for the JLG business. This is an end to end process post branch disbursement to reporting of the business to the bank operations team.

B. Position Responsibilities

1. Manage team of Ops Manager and 4 executives of the Central Operations team handing the Disbursement.

2. Track daily disbursement, penny drop process, QC process, Passbook Validation at Operations and the final reporting of business to the bank.

3. Daily Reconciliation of the disbursement to reporting to the bank

4. Tracking the penny drop and neft reject cases through the SOM and branches

6. Ensuring the SOP update when there are any process changes

7. Monitor the process on regular basis and ensure all defined controls are in place

8. Ensure all queries and request raised through Service one to the Disbursement team are addressed and resolved in defined timelines.

9. Publication of all requisite and MIS on daily basis to all the stakeholders.

10. Teams are trained and updated of any changes in the process

Qualifications : Highest Qualification Graduate , Post Grad

Experience : Total years of experience 10 & above
