Zonal Training Manager - West
Reporting to - Head Learning
Location: Mumbai
Role Purpose:
The jobholder will be responsible to Implement the Bank's L&D solutions viz product, process, soft skills & behavioral training. The person will be primarily responsible for managing the employee's learning & development cycle within stipulated guidelines and norms of the organization and ensures successful delivery and end-to-end management of Learning Projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Identification & Planning of Learning Needs :
- Conducting comprehensive TNA and assess the skills and knowledge in the business / project and determine what learning interventions are required to grow and retain these skills
- Basis Identification of learning needs create delivery plan in consultation and partnership with Stakeholders
- To assist in the on-going efforts of capturing training need
2. Design, Delivery & Execution :
- To create learning material for mapped functions / program within bank based on identified training needs, participant's profiles and the learning outcomes expected.
- To liaise with product teams to source training material, best practices etc. for customization of learning modules
- Deliver classroom/virtual solutions which are in line with the banks strategy and LNOD plan
- Roll out and execution of Learning Programs in line with the approved Strategy by leveraging Internal Subject Matter Experts, L&D team members, external training consultants
- Facilitation of Training Programs
- Monitor and Review on-going process of assigned learning projects
- Evaluate - Training Impact- (as applicable) in line with Kirkpatrick's model of Training Effectiveness
3. Stakeholder / Partners Engagement & Management :
- Act as single point of contact for all L&D needs and requirement in the assigned business and project
- Act as a partner between the internal customers and Head-Learning to discuss and devise learning strategies
- Partner with consultants, facilitators, vendors to deliver training needs
- Partner with vendors to support admin related activities of LNOD
- Consult with businesses in identifying and suggesting development inputs that help solve business challenges from a LNOD perspective
4. Driving Digital & Mandatory Program :
- Ensure coverage of all mandatory modules within the established timeframe
- Delivering NEO & Coverage of new joiners within defined timeline
5. MIS & Dashboard:
- Drive coverage and publish dashboards of learning to mapped stakeholders
- SOP adherence and Central Operations Management
6. Project Management & Deliverable:
- Undertake projects for deployment of learning solution for business outcome or org wide impact
- Planning and successful initiation of the project
- End to end execution and meeting agreed SLA and deliverables
- Successful closure of project
- Periodic update and review to the relevant stakeholder & sponsors
7. Other Responsibilities :
- Support & partner with Head - L&OD and Head - Learning on various project, research, report and requirement basis
- Partnering with other role holders in the team to support other business vertical needs and requirement
- Supporting and partnering with HRBPs in Regional / Zonal level HR activities
- Innovative approach with foresight to sense future trends in training
- Participate in business events representing LNOD in the respective region
Qualifications and Experience Requirement:
Qualifications:
Essential - Bachelor's Degree - Any
- Master's Degree - Any domain
Experience :
Essential - 7 to 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Well experienced in the areas of L&D
- Experience in the banking sector
