Team Lead - BAAS Operations - Central Ops

Looking for candidate from Operations Experience only into BFSI sector.Job location would be Malad

Position Purpose:

BAAS Ops teams handle Onboarding, Recon, Settlement, Billing, Regulatory Reporting for clients across PPI, MAB - POS, Nodal among other products within bank. There is need for a team lead to manage all above activities and also bring in industry best practices as business will continue to expand. Candidate should have complete knowledge of POS Acquiring & Prepaid cards Process, candidate should be familiar with all the regulatory & compliance guidelines related to the process. In-depth knowledge of Network guidelines such as VISA/Mastercard/Rupay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting Product & Business teams during deal discussions with customers.

- Monitoring and controlling Setup & BAU activities

- Monitoring and controlling Billing & Invoicing activities

- Timely reporting & action basis guidelines laid down by regulators.

- Manage Team, Train and Lead them in day to day functions and also implement changes to achieve team and organization objectives.

Required Candidate profile:

- 5-7 year experience in POS Acquiring/Prepaid card operations process

- Forex knowledge is a plus

- Minimum 2 year experience in leading a team in ops setup

- Understanding of Accounting and Controls
