RBL Bank - Product Marketing Manager (3-8 yrs)

Purpose of this job To develop and execute product marketing support to one of the product divisions of the bank. Enable aggressive strategic, communications as well as promotional support, while optimizing the returns on marketing investment

Duties and Responsibilities :

a. Provide marketing solutions for Liabilities business

b. Work with the product teams in developing and executing the core positioning, segmentation & messaging for various offerings in alignment with the overall business objective

c. Develop go-to-market strategy, in with the conjunction with the product team

d. Implementation of the marketing plan for the product teams

e. Run marketing campaigns through mediums like - Online, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, MoBank etc

f. Develop marketing programs to support the banking life cycle of a customer

g. Identify and empanel vendors as per requirement

h. Create promotional / support merchandise, including launch / branch visibility collaterals

i. Responsible for the development of all customer facing documentation

j. Generate market Intelligence, buyer preferences and competition mapping, markets investigation etc

k. Co-ordinate with other internal stakeholders (in and outside the marketing team) to ensure effective utilisation of available (own) real estate (physical as well as digital - Branch, website etc) for promoting the product

Requirements Knowledge

- Strategic, Analytical, Good writing Skills are a must

- Good understanding of the financial services business, prior experience of working on a business / product / marketing role is preferable

Work Related Skill

- Should be able to create good working relationships with various teams inside the organisation as well as external vendors

- Must be a proactive planner and an aggressive executor

- Ability to work under strict deadline and work under pressure

- Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders

Professional experience

- Around 3 to 5 years- of relevant experience

Educational Requirement

- Graduate with a Degree / Diploma in Marketing

Language Proficiency

- Fluent in English, Hindi and relevant local language
