A. Position Purpose - Managing Customer Lifecycle and optimizing life time revenue
B. Position Responsibilities :
Sr. Key Responsibilities :
1. Focus on one of the areas of AUR - Activation or Retention - with a measurable customer engagement framework
2. Identify segments for targeted promotions
3. End to end campaign management from conception, planning & execution to tracking
4. Liaising with cross functional teams - Marketing / Analytics / Business solutions / Ops for campaign related activities
5. Ensure customer engagement through early activation / continuous spends engagement / pro-active & re-active retention
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement :
Qualifications :
Essential : MBA
- Preferred Premier B School
- Certifications

- Essential Business Management or Product / Portfolio Management
- Preferred Financial Services
