Job Title Lead IT Security Management Reporting to Head IT Security Location Airoli Job Description : - Manage daily operation, administration, configuration &amp; support of DC/Endpoint security solutions under management - Ensure coverage and effectiveness of security operations and deployed solutions - Identify &amp; analyse pain areas in existing security operations &amp; implement improvements - Ensure optimum security, availability, performance and capacity of security solutions under management - Ensure &amp; maintain up-to-date documentation - SOPs, Architecture etc. to remove dependency on people - Ensure relevant processes are followed for change, incident &amp; daily operations - Ensure hardening, latest stable version and security patches of security devices and solutions - Manage escalations and run the smooth operations of security solutions - Vendor Management - manage periodic MIS &amp; SLAs reviews, payments &amp; penalties, renewal of support contracts and licenses in timely manner - Publish the relevant MIS, dashboards and status updates to all stake holders Qualification /Experience - Graduate from Recognized University. Candidate with relevant professional certifications will be preferred - Min 8-10 years relevant experience in IT Security Key Skills : - Sound knowledge &amp; understanding of security operations, processes and various security technologies like Anti-malware, ATP, APT, Secure Proxy, Endpoint Security, PIM, WAF, MDM, DLP, NAC, MFA, NGFW, NGIPS etc. - Should have sound knowledge &amp; understanding of IT infrastructure &amp; networking technologies and operations. - Hands-on experience will be preferred
