Position Change Manager

Reporting to Head - Service Management

Location Airoli

Primary Responsibilities (1) Owner of Technology Change Management Process across Bank ensuring high level of process performance, accurate reporting and continuous service improvement

(2) Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB) meetings

(3) Accept, prioritize, categorize change requests - reject change request that is completely out of scope or out of policy for change management

(4) CAB preparations - Agenda- Review planned changes - Approvals

(5) Post CAB activities like circulating MOM, planning etc.

(6) Tracking Execution of changes & reporting to stakeholder, Ensure PIR to evaluate if the change addressed a real or a perceived exception condition

(7) Ensures that changes are communicated in a timely and adequate manner

(8) Create and distribute Change Management reports

(9) Reviews all successful / failed changes and take necessary actions

(10) General Co-ordination, Internal & External Stakeholder Management

Pre-Requisites (1) Must have relevant experience of at least 5-7 years in Change Management Domain with at least 3-4 years of experience in directly managing change management function

(2) Must have experience working in a cross-cultural environment i.e with business, application and infrastructure teams

(3) Must possess strong written & verbal communication skills and be able to coordinate between multi team environment and ensure Change Management as a process is thoroughly adhered to by all stakeholders.

(4) Discipline in process execution (e.g. issue of CAB meeting agendas and minutes in a timely fashion)

(5) Must possess good Analytical Qualities, Semi-technical Proficiency, Eye for Details, Soft Skills, Decisiveness

(6) Must have excellent knowledge on ITIL framework with change management specifically

Years of Experience 7-10 Years

Qualification Graduate/ B.E/ BSE IT

Certifications Must be at least ITIL V3/V4 certified & technical certification will be an added advantage
