Role Purpose:- To build a unique culture of the bank to gain a competitive edge and also engage with stakeholders to improve employee experience by bringing in change at the transitional, transformational and transactional level linking it to the HR Vision of the organization. Roles and Responsibilities:- Culture (Employee engagement) (25%) - Design and execute the entire survey end to end right from co-designing the survey construct to co-facilitating the results/ output to the management committee and action planning. - Partner with HRBP and BU heads in identification of the action plan and track the progress - Act as a consultant in implementation of the action plan and support as required. - Track progresses of all the action identified at organization and BU level and also evaluate the impact through mood meter. - Designing the entire communication strategy for the survey launch - Identification of the best practises and leverage upon to create best practises internally Change Management (Process re-engineering) (20%) Creating climate for change : - Examining the current realities, Diagnostics, identification of the required stakeholders to impact identified change and designing the end to end plan to implement change Engaging and enabling change - Communicating the reason for change, deep dive into the existing data, identification of what could be the best possible options to implement by analysing pros and cons. Implementing and sustain change - Implement step by steps change initiatives identified, build in proper review and feedback mechanism to gauge how is the implementation progressing, Identification of the corrective actions and communication plan. Employee engagement Initiatives (25%) : - Designing the engagement calendar for the bank linking in to the engagement strategy of the bank within the budgets allocated - Execution of the engagement calendar in collaboration with the HRBP's PAN bank. - Plan and execute entire Rewards and recognition strategy for the bank, quarterly and yearly basis. - Identification of the best practises and leverage upon to create best practises internally Diversity and Inclusion (20%): - Designing the Diversity and inclusion strategy for the bank in line with the organization goals and vision within the budgets allocated - Plan initiatives with a focus on the DNI strategy for the bank - Execution of the identified initiatives PAN bank - Identification of the best practises and leverage upon to create best practises internally Learning Relationship Manager (10%) - Acting as a SPOC for all the learning and OD initiatives for a particular BU as and when required by the organization.
