Job Title : AVP - Corporate Internet Banking

Reporting to CIB Tech SPOC

Position Purpose

The positing will be responsible for managing all enhancements and upcoming projects on the Corporate Internet Banking site and the Corporate Mobile Application. Functional understanding of CIB is required including the operational workflows. End to end ownership of the application and technical solution provider with experience in web or mobile technologies

Position Responsibilities :

1. The person should have experience in Corporate Internet Banking platform and leveraging it to introduce testing and vesting functional scope in CIB

2. Complete ownership of the application and should be a technical solution provider keeping business demand in mind.

3. The person will be responsible in making scope documents, functional documents and manage the projects

4. The person should have experience in web or mobile technologies, new technology trends in digital, DevOps platforms, cloud technologies etc.

5. Will be responsible for Project activities like conceptualization, testing and maintenance of the CIB application

6. The person will ensure quality testing, functional testing and proper user training

Qualifications and Experience Requirement :

Qualifications :

Essential :

1. Functional and technical experience of Corporate Internet and Mobile Banking

2. Experience in web or mobile technologies

Essential :

1. Experience on internet banking products preferably

2. Experience as a Business Analyst or operation/business user

3. Understanding market practices in the Digital and Mobile space

4. Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities and training

5. Should have good knowledge of products and functions of web users

6. Should have experience in Business Process Flow, Software development life cycle and Project Management

7. Understanding of User Interface designs
