Job Title : Transaction Banking Sales Grade : Associate Vice President/ Deputy Vice President Department : Transaction Banking Group Location : Mumbai Reporting To Vice President - Transaction Banking Sales Position Purpose :&nbsp;Responsible for managing trade and cash management requirements of corporate clients Key Responsibilities - Drive trade finance and cash management requirements for the Financial Intuitions clients which include NBFC, Insurance companies, mutual funds, custodians and banks - Work towards achievement of trade budget numbers through trade for existing client and also new client acquisition - Work towards achievement of cash budget numbers (Average CA balance and Cash NII)through mandates with existing clients and also new client acquisition - Co-ordination with other internal stakeholders (coverage, operations, compliance, legal etc.) in achieving above stated goals. This includes new product design, approval for product and internal processes thereof. - Cash management includes both conventional and digital products. Growing the CA book is a focus for the Bank. Qualifications :&nbsp; Essential MBA/CA/Any other post graduate degree Experience:&nbsp; Essential Minimum 5 years experience in Transaction Banking - Should have prior experience of handling the client segment Skill Attribute -&nbsp; Functional: - Strong understanding of Trade finance (process, regulations etc.) - Basic- strong understanding of cash management (collections,payments etc). New products, customizations for clients : combinations of coventional and digital products. Behavioural: - Good communication skills so as to be able to interact with external stakeholders (clients) and internal stakeholders (Coverage teams, ops, Compliance etc.). Depth of understanding of the changing payments landscape as well as changes in the trade finance.
