Job Title : Officer/Manager-Branch Process and Monitoring Unit

Location : Mumbai

A. Position Purpose :

Branch Process and Monitoring Unit is a part of Retail Banking Operations and supports process reviews/rollouts along with monitoring of various defined control aspects of transactions processed by branches.

The purpose of the position is as follows :

1) Operational Control and Prepare/Draft Ops related processes and ongoing review of existing processes.

2) Publish of regular MIS to stakeholders highlighting repeated errors, escalation of major process breakdowns

identified basis the review and monitoring of transactions processed by branches basis the various reviewed conducted by the monitoring team.

3) Suggest process changes basis the risk/repeated errors identified basis the centralized review of branch transactions.

4) Supporting implementation and tracking of Projects

Position Responsibilities :

Draft/Rollout/Review of Process: Prepare/Draft Ops related processes and ongoing review of existing processes.

Operational Control : Review and monitoring transactions processed by branches basis the various control aspects/defined parameters.

MIS : Prepare and Publish of regular MIS to stakeholders highlighting repeated errors, escalation of major process breakdowns identified basis the review and monitoring of transactions processed by branches basis the various reviewed conducted by the monitoring team.

Supporting implementation and tracking of Projects

Working closely with the team and various stakeholders to achieve the defined Organizational goals

Qualifications and Experience Requirement :

Essential :

Graduate / MBA preferred with relevant experience.

Experience/ Essential :

Minimum 4-5 years preferably in Branch Operations and Control/Process background

Skill/Attribute :

- Good analytical Skills

- Good written & verbal communication.

- Ability to work with others and Strong execution capabilities

Functional Inter-linkages

Internal & External

Strong inter-personal skills. Should be proactive and have the ability to coordinate widely across multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
