Roles & Responsibilities :

- Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates with potential distribution channels.

- Drive engagement & adoption by partners to scale business growth.

- Look out for new opportunities for acquisition of clients in mass through partners.

- Build API based tools to scale the scope of partnership with key partners.

- Build an integrated eco-system to support SMB's & Partners across India.

- Contribute strategic depth in driving new market development activities across India.

- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Razorpay's services in coordination with the different sales.

- Map and maintain a database of all stakeholders in the account.

- Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management cross-functionally and externally.

- Drive collaboration with partners and internal teams to complete the implementation of projects. Provide feedback from partners and market intelligence to Google's Product and Engineering teams.

- Build, maintain and evolve relationships with Tier 1 partners in India, including ensuring partners are fulfilling their obligations and that Razorpay is providing the required support for them to do so.

- Represent Razorpay in external-facing events

- Experience in negotiating agreements.

- Bring to light latent potential by being analytical and presenting business insights.

- Act as the final point of escalation on service and business issues from the account.

- Interface with marketing on opportunities and risks with the accounts to develop customized communication strategy.

- Manage all agreements, renewals, pricing changes.

- You will need to leverage your expertise to engage, develop and strongly influence decision-makers (CXO level) within large corporates and demonstrate Razorpay's differentiated value.

Success in this role is measured by achieving allocated Partnerships sales targets, the number of Partnerships executed, TPV and by demonstrating strong consulting/analytical & thought leadership skills.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of overall experience, preferred if most of it is in building or managing a partner network especially in payments, ecommerce, cross border logistics, Ecommerce ERP's and other SMB led platforms.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

- Proficiency in written and verbal communications.

- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.

- High level of organization and focus to work in a greenfield market.

- Ability to see the bigger picture.
