- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
- Previous product focussed sales experience and an organized approach to work
- Ability to communicate and present C-level executives
- Ability to understand and communicate any custom solution to be built depending on the prospect's vertical
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
What will the employee work on?
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluation of customer needs in the FMCG ecosystem
- Lead conversion and new Customer Acquisition in the FMCG ecosystem
- Product up-selling to existing merchants
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to drive new solutions
- Collate future product portfolio improvements based on past customer feedback
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
