Kind of Role: Individual Contributor Role

We are looking for someone who will create original, unique and exciting ways to drive brand awareness and differentiate the brand from competition - both outside org. and from within, through well-thought of brand activities. - Proven working experience (3-5 years) as brand manager

- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations

- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical skills (Professional judgment and discretion) partnered with a creative mind

- High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly

- Ability to work independently with a proven track record of creating and executing marketing programs that drive measurable business results

- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers

- Budget-management skills and proficiency

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices

What does the job entail?

- Align the company around the brand idea & communicate our vision and mission (inside & outside org.)

- Craft thoughtful communication plans and draw out key messaging for the Brand

- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

- Devise innovative growth strategies

- Manage day-to-day marketing activities with creative agency; ensure flawless execution at all times

- You will work across all departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world, time & again

- Develop execution based, cross-channel, cross-team opportunities and uniquely position Razorpay against the competition

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities

- Measure and track impact of branding programs
